Wargaming Campaigns

I have written a set of rules for wargames campaigns that are long lasting (over 20 years of game time). They deal with the military and naval aspects of the fates of nations (naturally), but also include the economic, diplomatic, and character histories of those nations as well. They are loosely based on the excellent computer "God-Sim" game, Civilization by Sid Meier.

The rules cater for a larger or small number of players, including solo play, by allowing some or all of the nations to behave automatically. The character of the ruler determining what decisions he will make in the economic, diplomatic and military spheres.

I have prepared three copies of the rules in three different formats.
If you want to download the Word 6 or Rich Text Format (.RTF) versions please click on the version you want to download and select "Save the file" from the two options available to you.
If you want to download the HTML version click on the link and then click on "Save As" in your browser's "File" menu (for Windows users, MAC users should do what ever is natural for saving a web page in their OS.)

I have prepared a blow-by-blow account of how these rules have been used in my own campaign. The first part of this explanation has already been posted to this website.
